I had known Dr Stephen’s for Several years now and know that He is very knowledgeable about Pain management and is very Reputable in treating patients With many different types of Pain. He has already given me A plan for me to too try.

I am new to Dr. Stephens' practice, but I get greeted like an old friend. So far, I've experienced short wait times and quality care. The doctor is thorough and answers all my questions. Dealing with chronic pain is hard; it definitely helps to have people who listen to you and trust your experiences.

I was referred to Dr Tyler Phillips a few months ago by another doctor that was treating me. I can’t tell you how appreciative I am that I was referred to Dr Phillips and I think he is amazing!!! I came to him with a lot of problems due to a bad knee replacement. I’ve had constant pain in my new knee since April 2025 and Dr Phillips let me try a neuro-stimulator in my knee. IT WORKS!!! Last week Dr Phillips put the permanent knee neuro-stimulator in. I go back to see him next week and he will program it for me. It is nice to be able to be yourself now-a-days when you go to the doctor. Being able to voice concerns you have of your body without being belittled and not listened too. it is nice when the staff is polite and listens, and will ask important questions of your medical problems, From a Red-Neck cattle and goat rancher, this doctor is good, cares and has a heart when it comes to YOU the patient, this also includes every one of the nurses and staff at this facility, Thank you.

The doctor is sympathetic to my pain and needs. He does all that is in his power to help in a pleasant manner.

I’m a woman in her 60’s who had a knee replacement surgery 4 months ago which went bad and I’ve been in constant pain since. My surgeon wasn’t even seeing me for the complications Ive had but a different Doctor referred me to Dr Tyler Phillips and I met with him yesterday in his office! I have to say I was very impressed with him and he was honest and gave me valuable information! He’s young and knows his stuff which I can honestly say I trust him completely. You won’t hear me say this unless very often but I feel so grateful I was able to get an appointment with him! You don’t know how happy I was when he said he would be my doctor!

Dr. Phillips is very knowledgeable about what he does. Very pleasant and kind. His staff is also gentle and kind. A pleasant to go see when you need them.

I finally let my wife talk me into changing pain doctors. I have been with her (unnamed) for over 10 years. Dr Stephens and his staff have helped me more in the last two months than ISHE has even tried to help me in the last ten years. Instead of a cattle drove like she ran, I am treated like a real person! I saw HER once a year. I see Dr. Stephens every time I go to the office. Medicare pays $500 for drug testing. SHE made sure to test me every month! Dr S checked me on my first visit and hasn't bothered since. I have been consistent in following treatment plans for the 20 years I have been on morphine. It is about time somebody acknowledged that!

My first appointment with Dr. Stephens. He came highly recommended and I totally agree with them. He is very knowledgeable and listens to what you have to say. Not only is he friendly but he is very caring. I am glad that I made this appointment with him and I look forward to the treatment that he has suggested for the future.

As always when doc does my injections, I feel at ease and comfortable during procedure. I never worry about the shots because I know I am in great care with both doctors at interventional pain management. They are the only ones I will let perform injections on me! I've had terrible hip problems my entire life! So that says a lot. They make sure you are physically & mentally comfortable, use xray guided imaging to be sure they get the right spot and there is virtually no pain. I highly recommend doc Stephens & doc Phillips to everyone I know!

This was my first visit and prior to my appointment I was very skeptical, not because of the doctor, but because I’ve been through so much over the past 7 years. To begin, the lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful when I had questions regarding my initial paperwork. We were also very early to my appointment and they made it work. His assistant was very pleasant and understanding as we explained everything I had been through. It’s a lot and she received the information and typed it all in quickly while also reviewing feedback on recent MRI. When doctor came in he was very polite and I actually felt like he listened to my concerns. He was not pushy regarding medications and my lack of taking certain types. I appreciated the “let’s try this” slow pace approach. I did not feel as if I was being rushed and pushed through a cattle guard. I’m excited to see how things work out.

After ablation of neck nerves and a follow-on injection, I am mostly pain free. Before the treatment I was really miserable and had serious difficulty sleeping. Dr. Stephens also helped me with bilateral sciatica pain years ago, which is why I returned to him for my neck pain. He listens well and is prompt is delievering treatment.

Dr Stephen's is amazing. Usually it's a short visit with not much to say. This visit was more extensive and he was up to the task. I appreciate him very much.

Dr Stephens and his staff at the Interventional Pain Center are skilled at what they do and are compassionately in tune with patient needs. Dr Stephens is totally knowledgeable and up-to-date in his field and his skills as a pain management physician are excellent. I have had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Stephens for a year and five months. Entrusting him with the chronic severe pain I live with 24/7, is the best decision I’ve made. Dr. Stephens is the BEST! He uses a camera to find your problem area, to get Steroid injections, or other options. He did a SI on my lower back to address the Sciatica pain. I would definitely recommend him!!

The visit is always A+. There was one new change that is not good at all. On the check in on the iPad has a question to verify phone and email address with a code. I will not be able to complete the check in as we will not have a phone to receive this. This should be removed.

When you live with pain it doesnt take long to realize that your friends and family don’t always get it. Its so nice to be treated by a team that understands. I have severe pain in my lower back. Sometimes I can't hardly get up or walk. I've never had something or anything like this done. I've had physical therapy but I didn't help. He's knowledgeable. I have suffered all my life with back pain. I’ve been to several doctors for various medications and treatments to relieve pain. Dr. James W. Stephens addressed my back issues from the get go, using sequential treatments over a period of time. With the help of his amazing staff, dealing with my insurance issues, I received excellent medical care from Dr. Stephens. My final treatment was a spinal cord stimulator that was implanted surgically by Dr. Stephens. I have since have had wonderful relief (about 70-80%) and no longer need to be under his medical care, but can certainly reach out if I need to. For the first time in my life, I’ve now have wonderful relief because of Dr. Stephens. I certainly would highly recommend his practice! I’m very grateful to Dr. Stephens, for his medical knowledge and kindness!

I have received excellent follow up care after treatments and procedures. I know if I have a problem or questions regarding my health care or treatments, they follow through. I am forever grateful to the Lord that He lead me to Dr. Stephens. It is very obvious that he and his staff go through any steps necessary to give their patients the best care; especially in chronic pain management.
