Andrew Jimerson, APRN, is a board-certified Family and Pain Management Nurse Practitioner at Interventional Pain Center in Norman, Oklahoma. A lifelong Oklahoman, Andrew was born and raised in Norman and is passionate about serving the community he calls home.

Andrew earned his nursing degree from Oklahoma City University and spent six years working as a registered nurse in the operating room, specializing in orthopedic and neurosurgical care. Driven by a desire to expand his role in patient care, he returned to school and earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University. He is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is the first nurse practitioner in Oklahoma to earn board certification in pain management through the American Society for Pain Management Nursing.

With more than a decade of combined experience in neurosurgery and pain management, Andrew is dedicated to helping patients find meaningful relief and improve their quality of life. His nursing background has shaped his patient-centered approach to care, emphasizing compassion, active listening, and collaboration. He believes every patient deserves to feel heard, understood, and confident in their treatment plan.

Andrew takes the time to understand each patient’s unique concerns and goals, offering a variety of evidence-based treatment options tailored to their individual needs. His focus is on creating personalized care plans that help patients manage pain, restore function, and return to the activities they enjoy most.

Outside of the clinic, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. As a family, they love being outdoors—whether hiking, birdwatching, or simply exploring nature together. They also enjoy traveling, with Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado and Destin, Florida among their favorite destinations.
